newlucky Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the newlucky platform and all related services. When you open an account on newlucky, play any game, or use any service on the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

newlucky is an online gaming platform that provides various types of gaming entertainment for players in Bangladesh. The platform operates with SSL encryption and modern security measures to ensure the protection of user data and financial transactions.

2.1 Registration Terms

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the newlucky platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 and the total balance becomes ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be used only once.
• The specified wagering requirement (such as 15x) must be met before withdrawing a bonus balance.
• Winnings earned from bonuses may be subject to specific withdrawal limits.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in both accounts being cancelled.
• newlucky reserves the right to change, limit or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, action will be taken against the relevant account.

5.3 VIP Program

The newlucky VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

All games on newlucky are conducted fairly and transparently. We use software from certified game providers to ensure fair play.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, newlucky reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and bets will be refunded.

6.2 Disconnection

If the internet connection is lost during play, the game result will be calculated according to the technically established rules. newlucky is not responsible for issues caused by internet connectivity problems.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Each game has a specific maximum bet limit which is displayed in the game interface. If you attempt to exceed this limit, the bet will be automatically cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the newlucky platform. Involvement in such activities will result in account cancellation and balances may be forfeited:

• Playing games using bots, automated software or any other technology.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts ("bonus abuse").
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
• Fraudulent behavior toward other users.
• Using compromised or hacked payment methods.
• Exploiting system or game vulnerabilities.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.

newlucky takes all reasonable steps to operate the platform without interruption. However, newlucky will not be liable in the following cases:

• Technical errors, server problems or disruption of third-party services.
• Issues related to the user's own internet connection or device.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Any financial loss from gaming — gaming always carries risk.
• Delays in transactions caused by third-party payment providers.

newlucky's maximum liability in any situation will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

9.1 Closure at User's Request

A request to close an account can be made at any time via live chat or email. It is advised to withdraw any existing balance before closing the account. If all active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by newlucky

newlucky may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Identity verification not completed.
• Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
• Account inactive for an extended period.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, newlucky may impose an account maintenance fee. The account can be reactivated by getting in touch with us.
